Herman
Dunham of the Solitaires
passed away on Sunday January 31st.
Reggie
Walker of the Delroys passed away unexpectedly
on January 26th. They had a huge regional hit with
"Bermuda Shorts".
Todd Baptista has informed
us that we have lost two more greats from the rock and roll
era. Eddie Edgehill of the
Valentines and Louisiana performer and songwriter
Bobby Charles both passed away this past
week.
We just received word that
Delfi Records founder and owner, Bob
Keane has passed away from renal failure.
Bob was also the person who discovered and promoted Ritchie
Valens and many others.
